Abstract

This research investigates the relationships between perceived social support, psychological capital, and subjective well-being among nurses. Given the demanding nature of the nursing profession, understanding these variables is crucial for improving the well-being and job satisfaction of nurses. The study focuses on how perceived social support can enhance psychological capital and, in turn, improve subjective well-being. The findings reveal significant relation RESULTS OF THE STUDY
