dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the role of work-life balance and its impact on psychological wellbeing among college teachers, with a sample size comprising 56 male and 54 female college teachers. The objectives were to examine the association between work-life balance and psychological wellbeing and to explore gender differences in these variables. Key Findings 1. Association Between Work-Life Balance and Psychological Wellbeing o There is a significant positive correlation between work-life balance and psychological wellbeing, indicating that better work-life balance is associated with higher levels of psychological wellbeing. 2. Gender Differences in Work-Life Balance o The study found no significant difference between male and female college teachers in terms of work-life balance (t-value = 1.99, p > .05). 3. Gender Differences in Psychological Wellbeing o Similarly, there was no significant difference in psychological wellbeing between male and female college teachers (t-value = .383, p > .05).en_US
