Abstract: This study explores the intricate relationship between subjective well-being and occupational resilience among teachers, focusing on the distinctions between private and government school educators. Research consistently indicates a positive relationship between subjective well-being and occupational resilience among teachers. Teachers who exhibit higher levels of resilience tend to experience better overall well-being, as resilience helps them manage stress and maintain positive mental health the summary of the results are given below: There will be significant difference between subjective wellbeing of private and government school teachers.
